We have a challenging and exciting year ahead for the Miramichi Chamber of Commerce.

The Chamber is the voice of our Miramichi business community; it represents your voice in ensuring we have a community that fosters growth, prosperity and quality of life.

It starts with each member being positive on the things that can be accomplished by working together for the common good.

The Chamber will work with all levels of government and lobby for good government including transportation infrastructure - rail, air, river and highway development.

We need to diversify our economy by supporting new and exciting cultural projects.

We need continued support for the Miramichi Community College and Regional Health Care facility

All levels of government and business have a role to play in creating a climate where business can be successful with basic health, education, transportation and community infrastructure.

My fellow Board members are a talented, diverse group of business persons who believe that Miramichi is a community in which to live and grow successful businesses.

Miramichi is my community, your community; I encourage you to get involved working with your Chamber for one voice, a successful Miramichi.
